Order minimums:

Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $400.  Re-order minimum is $300.  Free shipping is available on orders that exceed $500.

Payment:

Payment is due on the date the purchase is made.  Sweet Cedar Jewelry Design utilizes PAYPAL, a credit card (over the phone), or checks for payment.  You do not need a PayPal account to place an order and you do not need to create an account on this site. You can pay using your PayPal account or you can use any credit card accepted by PayPal which include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PayPal is the world’s premier electronic payment solution and your payment information is secure. We have no way of accessing your account. PayPal just lets us know that you’ve paid and then we ship your order. Paypal then sends us the money later.

Payment is also possible by check, however the product will not be shipped until the check has cleared.  To place an order and pay by check, please use the printable order form and mail it in with your check.  Please do not send cash.

Shipping Policy:

A flat fee of $15 is charged for orders under $500. Orders above that amount receive free shipping. Please allow two to three weeks from receipt of payment for your order to ship.  If you place an unusually large order, say over 40 pieces, shipping may take a bit longer. Standard shipping from USPS is utilized.

Return Policy:

My goal is for you to be happy with your Sweet Cedar purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the pieces within 30 days to receive a full refund* of the price you paid for the product. However, as I am small shop I cannot refund shipping charges.

*Exception:  There are no refunds for custom orders.
